英大最近在追《欢乐颂2》，看到赵医生和曲妖精搞来搞去、爱来爱去，我的心都不知道揪了几百回了！
今天看到莎士比亚创造的词组，特么说得就是《欢乐颂》五美啊！
A fool's paradise
邱莹莹，来自小城市的姑娘，普通职员。做事不考虑后果，自己拎不清，连累了别人也不自知。
每次谈恋爱，邱莹莹都感觉生活在自己的美梦中。
第一次和白渣男谈恋爱的时候，即便发觉他已经出轨了，还是自欺欺人，和樊胜美说，白渣男只是贪玩。
樊姐一语道破了她的幻想。
a fool's paradise：黄粱美梦，假想的/自欺欺人的快乐。说得也就是邱莹莹这样的人。

bag and baggage：全部财产，完全地。
leave bag and baggage 的意思是离开一个地方，什么也不留下。

例如：

这个短语的渊源和军事有关，bag and baggage 指的是一支军队以及其中的士兵的全部物品。
后来，莎士比亚在作品《皆大欢喜》中使用了这个短语。
Comparisons are odious

像樊胜美这样喜欢和别人比的，可以用“comparisons are odious”来形容。
comparisons are odious：人比人气死人。
to compare two different things or persons is unhelpful or misleading. People should be judged on their own merits.
把不同的事物放在一起比较是没有意义的，应该根据每个个体独有的优点去评价。
例如：
Comparisons are odious, I know.
我知道对比令人讨厌。

不过，这个词最先使用是John Lydgate。莎士比亚在之后使用了这个词，并渐渐火了起来。

曲筱绡，还是一个爱憎分明，为朋友两肋插刀的人。
朋友受了委屈，曲筱绡一定会以牙还牙，帮他找回场子。其实曲筱绡为姐妹两肋插刀的性格真不错。只不过方式不对，会有适得其反的效果。
“to fight fire with fire”这个词意思为以其人之道，还其人之身，很好地形容了曲筱绡。
表达“以牙还牙”还可以说 an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth，不过这些表达在口语中还是否定的用法比较多，毕竟报复并不是理智的行为。
